This is our premium drinking chocolate, made by our friends Chocolarder, one of the few bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the country. Using just cocoa powder (produced in Cornwall using Peruvian Ashanika and Madagascan Sambirano beans) and unrefined sugar, together we’ve created a drinking chocolate with wonderful flavour, depth and complexity to boot.
Doing good
The beans are bought directly from source (at well above market rates) and the Peruvian cargo is shipped via sail to reduce carbon emissions. It's traceable, ethical and a darn sight tastier than the rest.
