One of our favourite, simple ways to brew delicious consistent coffee. Great for a crowd or for one with the smaller cafetières.

Recipe guide

- 60-65 grams coffee: 1L Water*
- Coarse grind
- Brew with water 1-2 mins off boil
- Cafetière (make sure it's clean)

2 cup recipe: 
32g coffee : 500g water

1. Start timer, pour water over coffee & stir gently
2. Steep for 2mins & stir
3. Plunge slowly at 3mins 
4. Decant ASAP, coffee continues to brew while in cafetière

*1L Water = 1000g
