This coffee has amazing complexity and floral notes. To really accentuate these qualities, we roast it lightly. When brewing this coffee, we recommend a longer extraction, to help draw out all the subtleties in flavour. Weaker in strength, and to be enjoyed slower and cooler to enjoy an incredible mouth feel.
