Brew guide
This coffee has amazing complexity and floral notes. To really accentuate these qualities, we roast it lightly. When brewing this coffee, we recommend a longer extraction, to help draw out all the subtleties in flavour. Weaker in strength, and to be enjoyed slower and cooler to enjoy an incredible mouth feel.

Equipment needed:
Kalita wave, filter cone and filter papers

20g fairly course coffee
300g water just off boil
Brew time 4-5 minutes
1. Rinse filter paper and heat vessel
2. Add coffee, pour 50 - 60 g of hot water, let sit for 30 seconds
3. Add 100 g of water, let filter
4. Add second 100 g of water, let filter
5. Add final 50 g, let filter
Once brewed, we recommend letting it sit for a minute to cool slightly so you can enjoy all the complexities in this steller coffee.
