Advice Use two filters in the Aeropress for a clean brew, free from sediment. This recipe is for an inverted AeroPress brew method.
Step 1 Grind 18 grams of coffee for AeroPress (medium/fine grind size). We sell coffee pre-ground for AeroPress if you don't own a grinder!
Step 2 Place the plunger 1 cm into the brew chamber and sit the AeroPress upside down. Pour the coffee grounds into the brew chamber.
Step 3 Using a pour over kettle, slowly bloom the coffee for 40 seconds with 30 ml of water. Give the AeroPress a quick swirl to get rid of any clumps.
Step 4 Pour in the remaining water, up to 240 ml. Screw on the AeroPress cap with 2 pre-soaked filters.
Step 5 Wait for the timer to hit one minute and flip over the AeroPress over a mug. Plunge for 30 seconds.
Step 6 Kickback and enjoy!
