Our coffee will only ever be single origin, high altitude Arabica coffee. Sourced from the best and most sustainable farms we can find.
This means no 12-bean fusions, no espressos with stupid names and no blending on site whatsoever.
There is no right or wrong way to roast coffee, and there is certainly nothing wrong with blending. Bringing together flavours and matching cup characteristics to craft great blends is a skill, nothing to be sniffed at.
It is however not for us. Our love affair with coffee is as much about the journey as it is about the coffee. It represents the cultures and people who have grown it and that is something to treasure.
