Kenya is a country known for producing some of the world's highest-quality coffee, a fact exemplified by this stunning cup. It takes years of tenacious effort, dedication and pristine conditions to grow coffee like this. We hope you can taste this by the complexity in the cup, and enjoy it as much as we do.

Tano Ndogo, is a newly formed farmer co-op in the Gitwe settlement of Kiambu County. Kiambu likes near the foothills of Gatamaiyo Forest Reserve and at the border of neighboring Muranga County. Tano Ndogo means "small five" in Swahili, which refers to its founding members. It's such a small group that each farmer plays a major role, in contrast to other local washing stations serving hundreds of farmers. Between the five there are around 10 hectares of coffee in production, which is not a great deal. Nonetheless, they have already placed 5th in the East Africa "Taste Of Harvest" competition and we look forward to seeing what the future holds for the group.
