The latest coffee in our Trust range sounds like an indulgent dessert - making mornings feel like an absolute treat. This one comes from the Shwe Yi Mon Estate in Northern Myanmar, specialising in exquisite specialty coffee. This is a delicious brew you’ll be drinking non-stop.

The Shwe Yi Mon Estate lies in the Say Ta Lone Village, where coffee has been growing since 1998, intercropped with silver oak and macadamia trees for shade. They have also installed an on-site processing facility with three solar drying domes, which turn hourly in the day and prevent dew from forming and reintroducing moisture back into the coffee. With a drip irrigigation system and a small wet mill for the few lots of washed coffees - it’s a fine operation. This is one gorgeusly creamy coffee that makes for a wonderfully easy sipper and a perfect pairing with milk - but we’ll let the coffee do the talking.
