We're excited to bring you this highly praised coffee, from the renowned farm La Esperanza. The pacamara varietal is considered to be one of the finest examples of coffee excellence. This one delivers lush sweetness, bright florals and a complex acidity worthy of high praise indeed.

Pacamara is a hybrid between the Pacas and Maragogype varietals and has won many prices for its exquisite taste. It has a large cherry and low density, which means all normal roasting procedures go out the window. We roast this coffee with a light profile to let the acidity shine and recommend drinking it black.

With altitudes over 2,000 metres, Huehue is the highest and driest region of Guatemala. It is only one of three regions without volcanic soil. Historically it has been one of the more remote areas of the country and accessibility to roads have been challenging.
