EL TAMBO // COLOMBIA
This variant is currently sold out
Hailing from a women’s co-op in the small municipality of El Tambo, Colombia. The coffee stood out to us for its natural sweetness, syrupy body, and toffee finish. It’s a great coffee that leaves you buzzing for more.
The women of the ASMUCAFE coop have heartfelt goals that we can all support. Improve their families’ quality of life through coffee farming, contribute positively to their community by working together and share knowledge & resource. They say “Our work is determined by our values such as responsibility, honesty, commitment, respect, solidarity, and competitiveness”. If that doesn’t bring a smile to your face then we’re not sure what will.
The coffee itself is a combination of Castillo and Colombian variety and undergoes a double fermentation process that produces this wonderfully complex and full flavour.
