This was the farm that started it all. After being disheartened by Brazil’s monoculture coffee farms we stumbled onto Sitio Agua Fria - a farm working with the land rather than against it. There we met Paulo Auriglietti and we’ve had a longstanding relationship ever since. Seven years to be exact. With its remote whereabouts and hilly landscape, all the cherries are picked by hand ensuring the best possible quality. This farm is a part of the Association of Producers of Divinolandia, APROD for short. This sparked our interest to meet more producers (there’s 52 altogether) with similar farming methods - and the rest is Yallah history!
